First, the mechanic raised the car with a factory jack stand and removed all the wheels. Then he pulled the rubber plug and adjusted the parking brake, cable, and rear brake. 

After these steps, he inspected the overall adjustments and made final foot brake adjustments. Then, he checked the wheel drag by releasing and decreasing the foot brake and hand brake for binding and lock. 

After all those improvements, he took your car for a test drive to check whether all the changes worked adequately.
